On February 3, 2011, McDonald's client was awarded a judgment in excess of $87,000.00 following a trial in Lowndes County Court in Columbus. Mr. Reese's claim was brought after he was injured while riding his bicycle and the defendant Mr. Williams struck him with his automobile causing Mr. Reese to suffer a broken leg.
