McDonald's client pleased with $250,000.00 settlement. Mr. McDonald's client was a patient at a hospital and underwent back surgery to repair an old injury. Following surgery client experienced numbness in is right leg. The numbness was the result of medical negligence on the part of the client's surgeon.
