McDonald's client receives $75,000.00 in damages after filing suit in Circuit Court. Tucker was a customer at Sunflower Food Store when she slipped on their wet floor near the store entrance. The fall caused Tucker to suffer a torn rotator cuff in her shoulder. The fall could have been prevented if the store had provided adequete warning to its customers that the floor was wet from mopping.
