McDonald's client receives $250,000.00 in damages through litigation in federal court.

Mr. Fulgham had purchased a disability insurance policy from Federated Life insurance.  Subsequently, he suffered a dibilitating back injury and was unable to return to his job.  Mr. Fulgham hired McDonald after Federated Life Insurance refused to pay full benefits according to the policy.  McDonald filed suit in federal court.
