McDonald obtains $65,000.00 in damages for client in federal court. Coggins was a customer at Best Buy in Tupelo when he and the store manager began arguing over the store's product return policy. Coggins was asked to leave and obliged, however the store manager followed him into the parking lot and struck him in the face.
