McDonald secures $350,000.00 in damages for his client in Lee County Circuit Court.
Ms. Douglas provided house cleaning services for Mrs. Smith. In July 2004, Ms. Douglas was attacked by Mrs. Smith's German Shepherd dog. The dog had exhibited aggressive behavior toward Ms. Douglas on previous occasions. However, on this particular day the dog chased Ms. Douglas, brought her to the ground and bit her on the head and face. Ms. Douglas' injuries required surgery and multiple followup doctor visits.
