A Marion County, Alabama pharmacy negligently provided the parents of an infant the wrong medication after misreading the prescription. The infant ingested the wrong medication for nearly 2 weeks before the parents realized the problem. The parents hired McDonald Law Firm to handle their claim and the pharmacy opted to agree to settle prior to litigation. The amount of settlement is confidential pursuant to terms of the agreement.
