Tupelo resident represented by McDonald Law Firm, PLLC filed a complaint against Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Plaintiff's vehicle sustained functional damage due to negligence during maintenance at Walmart Tire & Lube Express. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. settled the claim for undisclosed amount.
