Kimbrough hired McDonald Law Firm to represent him in his slip and fall case after being turned away by numerous personal injury attorneys. Kimbrough was told by other personal injury attorneys that his case would be dismissed and it never make it to trial. On August 17, 2010, McDonald and Kimbrough walked into the Monroe County Circuit Court for trial. A jury was selected that morning and opening arguments were scheduled to begin after lunch when AutoZone Stores, Inc. elected to settle rather than proceeding with the trial. Kimbrough accepted AutoZone Stores, Inc.'s settlement of an undisclosed amount pursuant to a confidentiality agreement. |

McDonald secures $12,200.00 judgment for client's children.
A mother of two hired McDonald Law Firm to pursue delinquent child support from her ex-husband. Following a trial the Judge ordered the father to pay $12,200.00 in unpaid child support, unpaid medical expenses and attorney fees. |

McDonald's client receives $75,000.00 in damages after filing suit in Circuit Court.
Tucker was a customer at Sunflower Food Store when she slipped on their wet floor near the store entrance. The fall caused Tucker to suffer a torn rotator cuff in her shoulder. The fall could have been prevented if the store had provided adequete warning to its customers that the floor was wet from mopping. |

A Marion County, Alabama pharmacy negligently provided the parents of an infant the wrong medication after misreading the prescription. The infant ingested the wrong medication for nearly 2 weeks before the parents realized the problem. The parents hired McDonald Law Firm to handle their claim and the pharmacy opted to agree to settle prior to litigation. The amount of settlement is confidential pursuant to terms of the agreement. |

Mr. McDonald's client was a patient at a hospital and underwent back surgery to repair an old injury. Following surgery client experienced numbness in is right leg. The numbness was the result of medical negligence on the part of the client's surgeon. |

McDonald's client receives $250,000.00 in damages through litigation in federal court.
Mr. Fulgham had purchased a disability insurance policy from Federated Life insurance. Subsequently, he suffered a dibilitating back injury and was unable to return to his job. Mr. Fulgham hired McDonald after Federated Life Insurance refused to pay full benefits according to the policy. McDonald filed suit in federal court. |

McDonald secures $350,000.00 in damages for his client in Lee County Circuit Court.
Ms. Douglas provided house cleaning services for Mrs. Smith. In July 2004, Ms. Douglas was attacked by Mrs. Smith's German Shepherd dog. The dog had exhibited aggressive behavior toward Ms. Douglas on previous occasions. However, on this particular day the dog chased Ms. Douglas, brought her to the ground and bit her on the head and face. Ms. Douglas' injuries required surgery and multiple followup doctor visits. |

Coggins was a customer at Best Buy in Tupelo when he and the store manager began arguing over the store's product return policy. Coggins was asked to leave and obliged, however the store manager followed him into the parking lot and struck him in the face. |
